Joy and Dave!

Joy and Dave had their wedding in their howntown of Sheboygan this last Saturday. As promised here are a couple pictures from their wedding.

ona bunch of weddings that I SHOULD have posted on here when I got them up... Oh well... Here goes:

Liana and Jeff-August 8th, 2008. Yup, 8-8-8... :) Went up to Three Lakes Wisconsin and spend the day with Liana and Jeff. They had a great outdoor wedding right on a lake in the woods. Lovely!

Katie and Matt-August 9th, 2008. I've known Matt for quite a while. We worked together and he also taught me how to snowboard. Lots of fun! Matt and Katie had their wedding up in Appleton at Homestead Meadows. What a great place! A couple barns and large grassy fields make dfor some neat pictures!

Jennifer and Bennett-August 16th, 2008. Took a ride up to Sturgeon Bay for Jennifer's and Benett's wedding at the Stone Harbor Resort right on the waterway that splits Door County. Bennett is an extra cool guy as he has a Subaru STi in Rally Blue. Just like my car... :)

Julie and Justin-August 22nd, 2008. Julie and Justin had their wedding at Justins dad's house up near Shawano. He's got a great yard witch was a perfect setting for the ceremony. Afterwards we went to St. Norbert's for some pictures and on to the SC Grand.

Audrey and Brian-August 23rd, 2008. I first met Audrey and Brian at Retzer Nature Center where they first saw each other and we took a bunch of portraits. Then we headed over to Lapham Peak State Park for the ceremony. Weddings out in nature are great!

Vicky and Kevin-August 30th, 2008. I also used to work with Vicky. Her and Kevin are very good friends of ours too (and Adri too!). Their wedding was at the Paine Art Center here in Oshkosh. I never get tired of shooting there. So many great places to shoot!

Kristen and Johnny-August 31st, 2008. I met Kristen thru Phil West (shot his wedding last year). Their wedding was all the way down near Lake Geneva by the Illinois/Wisconsin border. Had another great outdoor wedding and took some photos by the local state park.

Michaela and Tyler-September 6th, 2008. I first met Michaela and Tyler in Milwaukee for their engagement shoot. Before their wedding they moved Up North to Ashland. Really close to my favorite place...Lake Superior.... Anyway, I had a great time spending the whole day with them. Spent a little time again at St. Norbert's for some pictures and then headed to the reception where they had hula-hoops waiting for anyone who wanted them to kiss. Pretty cool idea!

Heidi and Mike

And now for my most recent update... Heidi and Mike had me come down for their wedding in Milwaukee back on July 26th. It was a great day with some great places to shoot! The ceremony was at the Villa Terrace overlooking Lake Michigan. An awesome backdrop for a wedding. The building and grounds also made for some awesome pictures before and after the ceremony as well. Their reception was at the Eisner Advertising Art Museum. Another cool place for awesome photos! Anyway... On to the pictures!

Laurie and Jake!

I didn't have to go too far for this one! Headed over to the Paine Art Center for Laurie's and Jake's
wedding. Shooting at the Paine is fun as there's so much opportunity for great photography. Lots of little nooks and crannies waiting to be discovered! After the ceremony we headed up to the Paper Valley Hotel for their reception.

Tabitha and Ben

On July 12th I traveled down to a little church on the west side of Madison in Middleton. Then I spent the day with Tabitha (Abbie) and Ben. They had their reception at the Orpheum Theatre on State Street in Madison. What a cool place!

Marie and Matt!

Just after the 4th of July I went up to Green Bay and spent the better part of the afternoon with Marie and Matt. Their wedding was at Old St. Joseph's on the St. Norbert Campus. I love shooting at Old St. Joe's. That place is pretty unique and the lighting is great. Anyway, on to the pictures and slide show!

Maria and Brian

Way back on July 28th I went down to Fond du lac to hang out with Maria and Brian for the day. It was a great day for sure. Dodged a few rain storms and made an awesome picture at Edith's bridal shop. Here are a couple pictures and their slide show...

Back up to Door County

Did I mention I like going up to Door County? :) Anyway, on the 21st of June I headed up to the tip of Door County and took the second ferry of the day to Washington Island. I haven't been to the island since I think elementary school. It was neat to go back. I spent the day with Sarah and Rick. they were a lot of fun. It was also cool that it seemed that most of Rick's groomsmen were musicians. The reception consisted them taking turns playing and singing. It was awesome. Anyway, here are some pictures and their slideshow. We ended the day skipping stones...

And then!

Spent the day (June 14th) with Lacy and Shawn all the way up in Pembine at the 4 Seasons Resort. It was another day where we just missed some pretty big thunder storms.
